What you need to bring
Selling
- Must have a Pa. ID or Pa Driver’s License for all owners
- Title
- Odometer reading
- Should have Bill of Sale
- If vehicle is titled in a business or corporation or llc , you must provide Proof of Pa Business ( i.e Pa Corporation Papers)
- Proper Authority to sign for the business
Buying
- Pa. Driver’s License or Pa. ID
- Proof of insurance
- Title to Vehicle
Transfer Tag
- Pa. License or PA. ID
- Registration card for the tag to be transferred
- All owners of the plate must be present
- Insurance
Out of State Purchases
- In addition to the information above
- Bring in the vehicle so we can verify the VIN#
- If you are unable to bring in the vehicle you can try to get a tracing of the vin plate or have a MV-41 form signed by an inspection mechanic or police office. Click here for the form
- (Depending on where the vehicle is located we can have a notary verify the vin# for additional Fees)
